In collaboration with our friends at Deschutes Brewery, we brewed this Wild Saison with 100% Oregon grown ingredients, and fermented it in a Crater Lake Spirits Black Butte Whiskey Barrel that was finished with Maple Syrup. We then refermented the beer on freshly harvested, tree ripened PNW Nectarines & Apricots.
