A small barrel project from two passionate creatives hoping to share a unique and genuine experience through local ingredients, native wild yeast & whispy little saisons.
An ode to traditional farmhouse brewing, in our own strange way, our Saisons are brewed with Oregon grown malted barley & hops, and fermented in Oak with Native Wild Yeast & Bacteria cultured from the air here in Central Oregon.
